WellnessKits Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WellnessKits mobile applications (including Two Moves!, My Principles, and related digital micro-tools) and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Shuang Chen, operating under the name WellnessKits (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. What WellnessKits Provides

WellnessKits provides general wellness, habit-building, and personal productivity tools designed to help users create daily micro-habits, build personal principle libraries, use guided templates, and optionally leverage artificial intelligence for habit creation.

Some features are available without payment. Other features, including selected templates or higher usage allowances as part of WellnessKits Pro, require an active subscription or an eligible one-time purchase. Exact features included in each plan are displayed in the app before purchase.

3. Wellness and Exercise Safety Disclaimer

WellnessKits applications are intended only for general wellness, habit support, and educational purposes. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or clinical guidance.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting new physical exercise routines if you have medical conditions or injuries.
• Use your own judgment, choose a safe environment, and keep activities gentle.
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or concerning symptoms.

4. Optional AI-Generated Features

Optional AI features in our applications help structure user-submitted text into timer steps or templates using providers like Google Gemini or DeepSeek. AI output is generated automatically and is provided as a drafting aid only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

5. Pro Subscriptions & Purchases

For Two Moves, WellnessKits Pro may be offered through Apple as an auto-renewable Monthly subscription and as a non-consumable Lifetime purchase. Exact localized prices, allowances, and included features are shown in the app through Apple's purchase interface before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Monthly Pro automatically renews unless canceled through Apple before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel Monthly Pro in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. It unlocks the current Pro feature set for Two Moves and includes the AI allowance displayed before purchase.
• “Lifetime” describes the purchase type. It does not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service, perpetual availability of third-party AI providers, or unlimited AI usage.
• Purchasing Lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel an active Monthly Pro subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
• Eligible purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
• Apple handles billing, payments, and refunds according to Apple's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and original templates, is owned by WellnessKits and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use our applications on compatible devices.

7. Apple Terms & Third-Party Services

Your license to our iOS applications is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling for third-party infrastructure providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our applications or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after effective updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
